Andrew Stevens

My law practice has a range of experience, including mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling businesses, private equity, real estate syndication and real estate investment, contract review and negotiation, and more. I have worked with a wide range of companies, from small startups to mid-market companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies. Outside of Stevens Law Firm, I take part in judging OCLRE competitions, guest lecturing at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and spending time doing volunteer work at a local food pantry.
